Trip Introduction:
Ombigaichen Peak Climbing trip to the rarely climbed Ombigaichen Peak (6340m) is a unique experience in itself. It is located in the Everest region within the Mahalangur Himalayan range. The peak opened up for climbing in 2002. Admire panoramic views of Everest (8848m), Nuptse (7879m), Lhotse (8516 m), Lhotse Shar (8383m), Makalu (8475m), Baruntse (7720m), and Ama Dablam (6856m) etc. from the summit.

The best route to this wonderful peak follows Lukla-Namche Bazaar-Ama Dablam Base Camp and finally Ombigaichen Base Camp. The trek to Ombigaichen Base Camp passes through wilderness filled with magnificent views. These picturesque views are out of this world. Furthermore, hills blanketed with beautiful seasonal flowers, green pastures are in abundance. The trail keeps on throwing thrilling river gorges and snow-covered trails. We pass through rhododendron forests, diverse flora and fauna, and glacial lakes to our delight. Pristine villages, and ancient Buddhist monasteries are also some of the other highlights of the trip.
Ombigaichen Peak is graded as moderate. So, this package is fascinating and adventurous. The itinerary is properly designed for easy ascent and good acclimatization. However, one can change our proposed itinerary upon request. Himalayan Global Expedition organizes climbing at any season throughout the year.

Day 04 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) (5-6 hrs)
Day 05 Rest and acclimatization at Namche Bazar
Day 06 Trek from Namche Bazar to Khumjung (3,790m)
Day 07 Trek from Khumjung to Tengboche (3,860m)
Day 08 Trek from Tengboche to Mt. Ama Dablam Base Camp
Day 09 Trek from Mt. Ama Dablam Base Camp to Ombigaichen Base Camp (5,200m)
Day 10 Summit Ombigaichen Peak (6,340m) & back to Amadablam Base Camp
Day 11 Trek to Amadablam Base Camp to Namche Bazar
Day 12 Trek from Namche Bazar to Lukla
Day 13 Fly from lukla to Kathmandu & Transfer to Hotel
Day 14 Transfer to Airport for Final departure
